NYC's premier food truck catering, serving since 2011
Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and Jamba, fully staffed and delivered to events across all four boroughs.
One truck. One driver. One very big idea.
Vol. 14 — The Fleet Issue
In 2011, Eddie Cumart parked a single Auntie Anne’s truck on a New York City street and started serving. No fleet. No commissary. No corporate clients — just fresh-rolled pretzels, long lines, and a conviction that the brands people love shouldn’t be locked inside malls and airports.
New York noticed. One truck became three, three became a garage, and the garage became the city’s largest branded food truck catering company. What never changed is how Eddie ran that first truck: show up early, serve it fresh, and treat every event like it’s the only one on the calendar.
“We don’t cater events. We show up for people on the biggest days of their year.”
— Eddie Cumart, FounderToday, Fortune 500 companies, corporate planners, universities, and festivals across all four boroughs put their events in our hands — and we still answer the phone the way we did in 2011: personally.
