Contact the team →01How far in advance should I book a food truck?
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead for most events, and 6 to 8 weeks for peak season (May through October) weddings and large corporate events. Short-notice bookings are sometimes possible, so just reach out and we’ll do our best.
02Which areas do you service?
We service the greater New York City area and are proudly available across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. That includes offices, rooftops, warehouses, parks, campuses, and private venues throughout the tri-state area.
03Is staffing, setup, and cleanup included?
Yes. Every booking includes a DOH-certified crew that handles arrival, setup, service, and complete breakdown. You never manage anything on event day.
04How many guests can one truck serve?
A single truck comfortably services events from 100 to several hundred guests. For festivals and high-volume events, we can deploy multiple trucks so the lines keep moving.
05Can I mix brands at one event?
Absolutely. Many clients pair Auntie Anne’s pretzels with Cinnabon desserts, Jamba smoothies, or Mister Softee soft serve. Tell us your vision and we’ll build the right lineup for your event.

The Good PartVenue requirements, in plain English
Most NYC venues qualify without even trying. Here’s the full list — and if you’re unsure, your coordinator will confirm it for you.
About two parked cars of curb space — a standard NYC loading zone fits comfortably.
Curb, lot, or plaza — roughly two car lengths.
Level ground keeps ovens and blenders happy.
A drivable route to the spot — we handle the maneuvering.
Overhead room clear of low branches, wires, and awnings.
Our trucks are self-powered — outlets are a bonus, not a requirement.
Private property? Even easier — on private lots and campuses, most street permitting doesn’t apply. Your coordinator confirms the details.
Six promises. In writing. On every booking.
Fully Licensed
DOH permits, insurance certificates, and venue paperwork — provided before you even ask.
Always Staffed
Trained Snack City NYC crews on every truck. You never staff, manage, or supervise anything.
Transparent Pricing

Reliable Arrival
Backup trucks, in-house mechanics, and route planning mean we show up. Period.
Fresh Food
Rolled, baked, and blended on the truck — never trayed, never reheated.
Professional Setup
Early arrival, clean service lines, and a spotless site when we pull away.
