Under the Cyclone, the line never stopped moving

Boardwalk festivals are the hardest shift we run: salt air, ten-hour crowds, and zero tolerance for a slow window. Our truck rolled in at 8 AM and parked in the shadow of a hundred-year-old roller coaster.

By sunset the smell of fresh pretzels was competing with the ocean, and winning. This is the work the fleet was built for.
