Section 1

About Snack City NYC

Snack City NYC is a mobile food service provider offering food truck services, catering, event reservations, and related food and beverage services. Services may be offered through our website, third-party booking platforms, or in person at events and locations.

By accessing our website, booking a reservation, hiring Snack City NYC for an event, or purchasing food from any Snack City NYC mobile unit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Section 2

Reservations, Bookings & Confirmations

To ensure food quality and operational reliability, Snack City NYC follows a structured booking process. A date is not considered reserved until all of the following conditions are met:

  • Written confirmation or digital acceptance of the service agreement
  • Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total has been received
  • Final guest count submitted no later than 14 days before the event
  • Remaining balance paid in full no later than 7 days before the event

Snack City NYC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify a reservation if these conditions are not satisfied.

Section 3

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Quotes are estimates and may change if event details, guest count, menu, duration, or location change after the initial quote is issued.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Snack City NYC is not responsible for errors or delays caused by those providers. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.

Section 4

Event Location, Access & Client Responsibilities

Because Snack City NYC operates mobile food trucks, the following site requirements must be met and are the responsibility of the client:

  • Space: A flat, paved surface with minimum clearance of 10 feet wide and 13 feet high
  • Permits: All required permissions or written approvals for the event location
  • Accessibility: Reasonable proximity to the service area to maintain food safety
  • Utilities: Any required access to power or water, if applicable
If Snack City NYC receives parking tickets, fines, or citations due to instructions or conditions provided by the client, those costs will be billed to the client in full.

Section 5

Menu, Substitutions & Allergens

Snack City NYC makes every effort to deliver the agreed menu. However, due to the nature of food supply and mobile service, we reserve the right to make reasonable, like-for-like substitutions if ingredients become unavailable.

Our kitchen may handle nuts, dairy, wheat, shellfish, soy, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

The client is responsible for notifying Snack City NYC in writing of any known guest allergies at least 72 hours before the event, and for communicating potential risks to their guests.
